stricly speaking it's a Powerlifting - Bodybuilding - Wrestling Club.

I'm not sure If you try to diss me once more :D but damn if you're not, that gym is so friggen awesome.

Started working with weights at 13.

Started seriously lifting at 14 so roughly 17-18 years.

had bouts of up to 8 months of not lifting, but everytime something bad happens (diabetes, bloodpressure, etc) I hit the weights hard and everything falls back in place.

Not lifting pink dumbells when you were 16 but serious training, I started at 22 im now 35.
I started at 21 and i'm 33.

join a wrestling,BB,powerlifting club and you won't have diabetes or high blood prssure anymore. it's awsome

pobably about 3 yrs now, Ive been lifting since I was about 14 or so but seriously for about 3
