Don't blame anyone but the Parents. If you instill a little self worth and pride in your children and some morals with self respect this shit doesn't happen. I hate fucking people who blame anyone but the parents. It's just like fat people. The majority eat to much and don't do shit but sit on their fat ass. The small percent with medical problems doesn't even phase the ones who are just lazy. Same with kids the majority of Fuck-ups can be blamed on the  parents.
