« on: February 28, 2008, 08:41:30 AM »
curious if anyone knows roughly how much the pros or top npc competitors spend yearly on "special pharmaceutical" supplements. i'm not talking the orange juice kind of juice! (minus the slin and gh)

A guy from the Canadian Nationals supposedly spent 40 grand one year and 60 the next trying to get his pro card.  That was total though.  Food and everything else included.

That's ridiculous. If he eats like a horse that's about 6,000 per year on food.

Umm no.  The cost of chicken breast and fish is expensive.

Well I say supposedly as I heard it second hand.  And that was for everything, supps, food, "supps" trainer if he had one, all the things included.

Are you afraid of saying the word "steroids"?  Are you new here?

The way it seems most pros are having things made custom for them which means the prices arent that high unless they are using human grade products only.id say the smart ones find a way to save anyway possible.have made what you cant find human grade.im just guessing from what ive heard from guys and read.

I would say 600 per month for gh, 600 for your tren ,sust, deca and anadrol. 1200.00 a month would be a pretty good monthly cycle.

Ronnie would eat at Black Eyed Pea twice a day and Outback at least once.

I wonder what that ran him?

I would say (guess) most top guys don't spend anything. Most will sell enough to at least finance their own stack.

Say you are a top amateur, you are going to have a group of hanger-ons begging you for gear. Of course you are going to let go of some gear for a little mark-up.

I know a pro (not a top 15 level pro, unfortunately) who said he spends about $9,000 a year on everything he uses.
