I used to train alonside him from time to time a few years back in Fresno.  Drugs or not, he worked HARD.  And smart.  Always asking questions.  One of the last things he asked me was what I thought he was lacking.  I told him his shoulders were  W-I-D-E  but he needed to bring up his delts.  Looks like he did it.  Big time!   Got pretty lean too.  Way to go, Incognegro.  I hope all is working out for ya bro.  You look damn good.  Keep it going.

Icognegro...a couple of things right off the bat : u cannost maintain that look and not be on anything...as a matter of fact u must be on everything....second...u are eithr Darryl but nowhere near 25...more like 45...or u used someone elses photo which I think u did ....but either case u are full of it.

no bro I do not claim to be daryl stafford those pics are confirmed to be me from my friends whom also post on here. No D staff is way bigger than me and way bigger than I want to be. I am steady trying to get leaner so I may get smaller so I don't know what % muscle I KEEP I am suprised everyone thinks I'm too big too be off the sauce lol. I am just trying to maintain a healthy look and I know spending money on juice,gh,etc. is not relevant unless I compete so I choose not to do it. I really do appreciate all the positive feedback though
