I found out that the tripe dish I liked , had the tripe cooked in a pressure cooker   

I thought those things were dangerous , so I won't be cooking any myself that way !!

You should try Sam Nagji....it's Korean...live, squirming octopus...you down in tentacles and all and feel its suckers on your throat. I couldn't do it to be honest. I tried though. I prefer things dead before eating them.
