I feel they own it to the fans to stay near contest-size after retirement.

Nasser is still 300 with abs - he has set the standard that Ronnie should now adhere to.

He is big and will stay big. He is likely has type 2 diabetes by now from all the years of GH abuse...so he pumps insulin in his gut daily...

Massive amounts of GH over time lead to insulin resistance and possible reduction to full non-production of insulin in the pancreas. Maybe he is lucky, but I doubt it.

I noticed that as well, his lips used to be proportionate to his face, now they aren't. He's got fish lip syndrome. Could it have been the years of GH use?

yeah, with the silly use of growth for the last decade, it's going to be pretty funny to see the longtime giants suddenly look really really odd.  Ronnie sitll has the garden hose veins in the arms, but you can definitely tell his head appears bigger on his body than it ever has.  It's only going to appear larger and larger as his body returns to its older dimensions.  Should be fun to watch.

This smells of speculation; the guy clearly likes to eat and gain weight and isn't on hormones and possibly isn't training hard, so what else would someone look like who always ballooned up in the off-season and now isn't concerned with getting in shape. ???

I don't see any triceps problem, he's facing the camera with a t-shirt on. ::)

He will always be a big dude but he is still on the sauce and his gut appears to be worse than ever.  For guys that preach fitness, he looks like he will join the long list of people to look like shit after they retire.  At least Dorian and Chris Cook still look big and fit.  The recent Flex showed Doz looking big with no gut or massive head size.  Guys like Cormier and Coleman will look ridiculous if they ever shrink down past 220.  People can give all the excuses they want but these guys will be on HRT for life so why not look like Ferrigno and just keep in shape?
