Beating an addiction
« on: February 29, 2008, 11:02:43 AM »
You guys ever have a weakness that you just cannot beat no matter what?

I'm talking something you crave in your bones?  You go to sleep thinking about it, and wake up thinking about it?

I've killed a box of these in 24 hours.

Probably porn.

And it's an addiction that I can't really be bothered to beat.

It took you an entire day to eat 8 cupcakes?

Yes.  it was a slow, disgusting ride.  One with every meal for 24 hours.  I gave myself a cheat day.

How long does it take you to eat 8 of them?

Wow that's strange, I had the exact same craving last weekend and ate 5 in a row. I hadn't had a Hostess Cupcake in years, either!

That's not a cheat day, that's a blip. Here's what I ate last Saturday:

Breakfast-

homemade pancakes w/ cheese omelette. Started out with decent intentions

10AM- Box of Corn Pops w/ whole milk. Roof of my mouth ruined

12:30PM- Chicken Parm sub, Fritos, 5 cupcakes (lulz)

3PM- Snickers and M & M's

7:30- McD's 2 Dbl cheezeburgers, fries, apple pies

10PM- Row of Oreos

Bedtime...

what an awesome day.   I would try to justify that by calling it a 'carb-up' day.
