Nice work Noel, Brenda looked great she was 5th right?  You had her in great condition, obviously!  Congratulations to you guys! Great job, she had a great routine too, she is an awesome poser.

I think thats what makes womens BB so cool to watch, they put tons of effort into thier routines and are very artistic.

The comentators said it even, that this was as good as they have seen her and a return to her former great conditioning.  Noel is the man

She needed to lose 4 more pounds of fat and 3 pounds of water. I'm going to put 10 pounds on her for the olympia and bring her in 15% dryer . I think that will get her a top 5 . Wait till you see why iris was dq,ed

The word I am hearing is that Iris was marked down for obvious injection marks on her ass, and that she's been warned about it in the past. 

Brenda represented the smaller FBBs well.  She really looked fantastic.
