I think they have both flaws:
Dexter (calves and high lats)
Phil (small pecs and narrow shoulders). They are very close though.
I think that Phil's flaws are more serious because they compromise the overall balance of his physique. That coupled with a better condition and muscle maturity gives Dexter the edge.

Naw, looking at Branch's photo's more, his back sucks ass, lower back ain't conditioned. Legs are huge. Arms are lumpy. He's too blocky, he looked better when he won his pro card, even his legs looked better then. He looks like a mini Tom Prince.

But I'll say this there are definitely chinks in Phil armor, he can't do like Flex and come in off and use his shape to his advantage. Phil has to be 100% on, or dudes like Warren will take his lunch.
