I didn't always agree with him but I respected him. What a fine orator, writer; a man of life. His passing, I cannot help but think, is also a passing of an archetype, the likes of which is seldom seen these days.
I can't think of anyone else even remotely like him.
I don't always understand him but he seems like a genuinely nice person and I can't say that about the current batch of right winger or conservatives.
I wish we had more people on this board who could exert themselves with creating prose (see 1:47 on this clip) instead of just pissing all over each other as we often do.
