I saw some fat guy do it for 30 reps on the Saturday, no support gear etc. and with perfect form - I was in total shock. I would think the plates would have had to be fake. Can anyone confirm for sure?
Not bad; I have heard that this guy in the video was going to do 45 rest pause reps but was in a hurry because it was 5:00 pm and he was only on his 7th meal.
I recomend him to put his thump on the other side of the bar. We have all seen accident with that kind of grip he use.
