granted that I am not fully aware of the judging standards but in looking at the pics I see that Phil wins

it was close....

i would go with phil tho....

his bottom half was more seperated and bigger and those arms are amazing

I was discussing this with m8. Bodybuilding seems to have taken a turn whereby the majority of the main guys are bald and black.

phil destroyed dex in the lower body... dex has a better chest and more appealing midesction... phil has better arms and shoulders... back is about even... phil should have defeated dex.

I wouldnt say back is about even, Dex wins the poses from the back.I like Phil and am a fan of his but Dexter had the best overall

Black guys probably have better genetics in general for athletic/sport etc and bald from all the juice ;D

It really doesn't matter if Dex won over Phil. Phil will be better, just a matter of time. Dexter can't make any progress anymore, he have reached his peak, and Phil is equal him or ever better at 28 yeare of age, Dex is 39, 11 years diference. I´m sure Phil will beat him at the Mr O in october. And for 2009 Dexter will not stand a chance against Phil....or Martinez or Jay or Wolf or Kai etc...

well put....

except from the ending.....martinez is too big just now but he does need to get better condioning to keep phil at bay....

jay is far too big and we know he can get decent condition....he simply fuked up in 2007

wolf is well bigger and the same age so its up to the judges .....remember this though phil has calves and wolf doesnt....thats weird the black guy having calves and the white guy havin extremly poor calves....

kai is a weird one with strange shape to his muscles in a good way.....hes got that crazy taper from the back and those victor martinez calves with great peaks on his biceps and feathered quads....and he seems to be able to grow quickly and keep his condition.....he could surpass everyone    ;)
