The best part is that people know.

Instead of Derek being able to talk trash, he is exposed here.

He had a cop at his booth to protect him, after whining on getbig that he was concerned for his safety.
He is smaller in pics, with some HIV-looking welts on his arm.

Now, at the next show, people are going to be LESS LIKELY to pose with Derek at the booth, as he looks like shit, associates himself with police, and has some AIDS looking sores.
