THAT IS THE PLAN I BEEN BOXING AND DOING CARDIO AND ONLY TRAINING WITH WEIGHTS 5 DAYS A WEEK CIRCUIT TRAINING. AND BOXING 4 NIGHTS A WEEK.
I TRULY LOVE IT. TOOK ME THREE YEARS TO GET IT AND BEEN TRAINING SINCE 16 AND NEVER COULD GET A PRO CARD IN BODYBUILDING.
PLUS I WONT GET ARRESTED AND CAN TAKE MY AGGRESSION AND ANGER IN THE RING.
