Wow Thats true.His back and ham looks good.
But thats it.
Actualy his back shot is way better than front.
His MMpose dont impress that much.
His side pose doesnt look that good too.
Actualy JOJ looks better here.

I am not saying that he could have placed top 10 with that package, but I am saying he has the potential to be GREAT

like my man Colossus said, can't wait to see Lou Joseph compete at the NY Pro also. incredible bodybuilder, if he nails it he can place very high for a newcomer

Sick thing about Lou...about 4 yrs ago we were both competing as middleweights and would chat via PM at Gayhem. We both had a propensity to blow up 40 lbs after a show and get fat, and our builds were similar.

Well I got injured and lost some interest in bb, and Lou got injured and came back huge as a heavyweight. The guy literally put on 25 lbs on an already large physique. I got totally PnW3d LOL.

I'm not ashamed. I mean Lou is a fckin gorrilla, thus his nickname "Silverback".

I do kinda miss it though. I remember two moments distinctly from that time.

One was 4 weeks after my last show, a week before I tore my pec. I had competed at 171ish and was already 211 lbs, but this time I was still in decent shape (lower abs still in, glutes/hammies not fat yet). I remember I was wearing this green football jersey made of cotton, and my shoulders and traps were popping out and I was looking in the mirror brushing my teeth. I remember thinking "Oh my god, I look stupid". Like people would point and laugh in the mall and such. Weird.

The other was 3 days after that show, I was about 183 and still very very sharp. I got out of the shower and threw some boxer briefs on...my wife was calling for me. I came out of the bathroom and she just stopped and stared and then said "Honey, you look ridiculous. Jeesus..."

No I live in the US, but when I was competing and cared a lot I would be on Gayhem almost exclusively because at that time it was the serious board. Now that place is tumbleweeds and crickets and this board is the only one that's entertaining for me.

He's a pro, and he's huge...I'm pretty sure he's well past his first few cycles.

Never heard of the guy, but looking at the pictures he seems to have a very good physique.. Grainy conditioning and blowing away Cormier in the sidechest shot.

Fouad is young I believe he is 28...the guys got alot of potential and he is very driven to succeed...If he can continue to improve and add more size in all the right places (i have no doubt that he can)and continue to come in hard and shredded his placings will move up the ladder...he placed very good in both the atlantic city and the montreal last year and missed qualifying by only a couple placings......
