Agreed - it's a shame no bodybuilder since has come close to having that sort of personality - they're all dumb fucks who make you embarrassed to follow the "sport".

Arnold is a bloke's man. Most guys admire the dude because he does what most would like to do.

Anyway, did anyone laugh at how street smart Arnold didn't 'know' what Uncle Ben was referring to re the mistake the founding fathers made about the constitution? It was obvious to me. Arnold played along with Uncle Ben and shook his head that he didn't know. Well, it was the foolish provision that a candidate for president of the USA must be born in America.

Now we know why Ben got that lifetime achievement award.

It's been over almost 30 years since Arnold was big time yet he is still talked about everyday. It's like a show I watched the other day on Game Shows. The guy said "you know you have a hit game show if the audience at home is screaming at the TV and reacting to what the contestant is doing". Obviously Arnold did something right cause he is still the most talked BB of all time and he still adorns the covers of muscle magazines around the world. And guaranteed if they took a worldwide poll of every human that could vote and had a picture of Ronnie Coleman and Arnold more than 99.9999% of the world would say they like Arnolds physique from 30 years ago over Ronnie's. That says something. And that number would be higher if they asked who the picture of the black BB was.

Last month I weighed myself and I had lost about 78 pounds. I started just before I moved to Vegas in October last year. I have trained to hard in the last few weeks cause I have been sick. My leg a little and it gives me a fever and my body is just really tired. I walk up and down my stairs to try to get in some cardio at least. I am still a little sick and am supposed to go to IHRSA this weekend but not sure if I can go.

Hey, Keith, the IHRSA convention and trade shows are worthwhile. I have been to only one and that was in 91. Give us a report if you go. I always love the equipment displays and meeting some of the top guys working the booths.
