Basic everyday health maintenance is
2.5 grams/day.
2.5-5 grams for improved
cardiovascular health. 5-10 grams from enhanced

Liver tabs were quite popular with BB’s back in the 80’s. They are supposed to be highly anabolic and are an excellent source of natural iron and folic acid.
They help to support a healthy red blood cell count, bone health, immune functioning, and they also stimulate appetite.
B vitamins are nontoxic.
