...even now that Huckabee is out and Ron Paul is the only other Republican candidate still in the race.

CNN?  ::)

Don't even bother waiting for them to support Ron Paul, it won't happen. Change starts from the inside, so that's where people have to start getting activily involved in politics. Vote our like minded people in at the local level, etc.

According to Mark Levine(scummy, loudmouthed, Chickenhawk), Ron Paul is referred to as "RuPaul."

But, then again, I do not know why you are upset.  CNN and other large news networks are private entities(with people in high positions that had once served in the high levels of government) that can showcase what they want.  Be happy that we have the internet where we may learn more about Ron Paul at the touch of a button.  If there are people that only watch CNN and take it at face value, there isn't much hope for them anyways.

Oh, I'm not upset.  I just don't understand why they don't display all republicans who are still in the race.  How hard is that?  Your explanation is interesting.

Maybe it's a conspiracy.

You don't really believe that, and neither do I.  Just pointing out a fact.  It's not like Ron Paul is some unknown independent candidate.  He is a Republican who has served in congress for years.

Who even cares at this point?

The man is a non issue now.

4 years form now he'll be even older and probably more of a non issue.

You people need to let go and move on.

Or start a group therapy session to get over him.

Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.  I don't care since I'm not even an American.  Just making an observation.  It's a matter of principle, no matter who it is that we are talking about here.

Nah, loco.  I'm in a great mood.   I'm just tired of RP this and RP that.  It isn't going to happen.   I wanted to happen.  I'd vote for him over anyone else.   To dwell on it becuase of principle is fine, but CNN, doesn't give time to many other candidates also and the fact that RP is a non-issue makes it so none of this matter.

Him being on CNN is not much of an issue but Ron Pauls views and stance will ALWAYS be relivant.

By the way, just so you know, there are MANY new people getting into local, state and potentially national level government that share Ron PAuls' views now and thats what will make the difference. These new canidates are gonna make the difference in the future. Never stay apathetic, we can't change everyone and we don't care to, we only need a handful of people in the right place to make the changes needed for a better government. Government for the people, by the people.

Your right, Ron's out and it doesn't matter much in the current election.

But....the more his name is out there, the more people hear these ideas.  Ron Paul is the first to admit, he is not important himself...but the message is.  Less government spending, lower taxes, reform domestic programs that don't work, less military intervention abroad, follow the constitution more closely, vote no on a North American union, Strengthen the US dollar, alternative sources of energy so we can avoid being so dependent on the middle east, secure our boarders, support small business, protect personal freedoms, prevent the federal government from controlling more of your life.

His voice is important because of the ideas that protect us.  The gov. serves and protects us.  We were not founded as a socialist style country for good reason.  We must prevent the semi-socialistic trends.

Yeah.  Bindare is right. Even tho he's been shut out, the ideas are relevant and now are held by alot of people that will make change in the future.   It is how we we're supposed to be in the first place.
