I don't agree! Just keep build those arms like no one else done before, and try to bring up the rest. U can't have to big arms just to small everything else.

There is nothing wrong with Phil's chest look at ASC video, i personally think his chest is better than Dexter's.Dex's chest is flat and his babygut keeps popingout.Heath's muscles are full and really popingout all over his body.Also when you saw them on a stage you could see that Phil was as wide as Dex with better arms and calves.I think Heath's back needs to get wider,Dex's back looks awesome like a Cobra's hood

Not to mention that Phil chest isnt as bad as some make it out to be, if Phil was more conditioned he could easily beat Dex "legless" Jackson.
