With the release of the Girl scout cookies most americans will gain anywhere from 1-2 pounds on average.  It is funny how I walk around my office and see that people have anywhere from 1 to 3 boxes open and are munching away while they work.  The best are the ones that hide the box in their desk drawers and sneak in cookies throughout the day so that most people wouldn't be able to guess how they maintain their shapely 360 pound bodies.
