DAMN DUDE, I LOVE CLAIRE!!!

Claire got penalized at Nationals for being waaaaaaay too hard IMO. I know she wasn't too thrilled with her prep for Nationals and felt that she was a bit flat. And I KNEW she was looking for another trainer. I thought she went with Palumbo??

Master's Nationals is a different show altogether, but still....are you planning on changing anything up to bring her in a little softer, or are you just gonna go for it and bring her in shredded and dry as a bone?

Theres pics all over of her, she has a great physique and I wont be able to take too much credit for any wins she gets, she's shredded right now , this one will be easy to bring in perfect.

Claire is amazing. Noel's right...she is SHREDDED. She's like a female Alex Azarian.

She's incredibly nice, loves BB, and is just a reall great inspiration.

She was Teen Nats Champ like 25 years ago, took time off to raise a family, and has now come back to BB in the last couple of years. Seventh at Nationals - I thought she was gonna be in the running for the Overall - I heard she was punished for being too hard. She was in crazy shape four weeks out for the shoot she did with John Stutz.

I'm psyched for both of you guys.

Claire kicks ass!

she is hardcore to the max, and I love it. Her husband is way cool too!

To be honest, i dont think she was flat, that is just my opinion, i think she looked great.

Its a subjective sport and your fate is in the judges hands, what more can she do?

Claire is awesome! She loves this sport so much, she even enjoys dieting.

I really want Claire to turn pro this year.

To me in those pics she looks hard not shredded, ive seen other pics where her abs are out and her legs are cross striated....not so in the pics up above. Could be over use of diuretics or she under/over carbed ..but in no way is she shredded.

Pics often deny a person of their true conditioning based on the flash, and lighting.

You might not see all her cuts but they were there.

Were you at the show? Pics often rob a person of how good they really are. I saw claire in person and have seen her compete many times. i.e at the Contra Costa, Cal and we both were class winners at the USA in 2006. Her conditioning has always been great.

Overall muscle quality and shape can always improve on any athlete, so Kick ass working together, I wish you guys the best. Always a strong supporter of other good competitors.

Its easy to see especialy compared to past contests pics...shes flat and holding water ..I can see it easily. I understand what you mean about pics and lighting.

Holy mother of pearl!!!!.....why would an athlete look like that weeks out?....she peaked way to soon. I would have taken her down to the Cheesecake factory and locked her in for a day if I was the trainer then. No way on Earth can an athlete hold that condition for 4 weeks.

Claire has signed up for an account here, so hopefully we'll see her posting on this board soon. I can't wait to see how this year shapes up for her, especially with you working with her!!

Claire is such a positive person and a great inspiration to so many people!! I'm looking forward to meeting her this year...and potentially competing against her, unless you can help her get that pro card at Masters Nats first.

I came across a couple pics that James Cook took of Claire at Nationals last year.

It looks like the girl can get in shape already pretty well. I wanna see Noel have her come in just as hard and dry as these last pics of her posted but bigger and fuller, LOL I just realized thats Noel's last name, he should be the man then

She did underwater bodyfat testing a few weeks before the Nationals. She was nearly 3% bodyfat.
