Just checkin'  At the last meet I went to, they made such a big deal of hitching and how it's not allowed, etc., and I was like wtf is hitching? I just wanted to make sure that i knew what it was... |

that he pulled 860 pounds beltless as a junior in the 275's and i don't give two shits if he took some steroids?
it's a more impressive lifting feat. end of story. konsti is THE deadlifter of this era.
Yeah I'd put Konsti in with Andy bolton and Beni last video I saw I think K pulled mid 900's  |

I just wanted to make sure that i knew what it was... hitching is basically stopping the bar and resting it on your thighs and shrugging it up and you're right it's totally illegal in PL meets and will definitely get you red lighted but as far as a gym lift goes or as someone else suggested, strongman, it's a good lift. |

Scott Yard had the highest bench in a 3 lift meet at 840 until January when it went to 900. He was/is a 275 and also drug free! Jason |

granted! but that's not an "all time" lift, you know? not taking a thing away from yard, just that it's not an absolute record. |

About 6'. I am 5'11" and he is a bit taller then I am. He does not look like a huge guy in person but fuck can the guy lift. |
