yes it's hitching but i wouldn't call it cheating.

At the last meet I went to, they made such a big deal of hitching and how it's not allowed, etc., and I was like wtf is hitching?   I just wanted to make sure that i knew what it was...

it's a more impressive lifting feat. end of story. konsti is THE deadlifter of this era.

hitching is basically stopping the bar and resting it on your thighs and shrugging it up and you're right it's totally illegal in PL meets and will definitely get you red lighted but as far as a gym lift goes or as someone else suggested, strongman, it's a good lift.

948 pull in the 275s. at the time it was the 3rd highest pull of all time. had he done it 6 months prior he'd have had the world record as a 275. as far as i know, no one under a superheavy has held an all-time record in any lift in a long time, if ever.

Scott Yard had the highest bench in a 3 lift meet at 840 until January when it went to 900.  He was/is a 275 and also drug free!

I will absolutely 100% disagree with you on that.  It is/was an all time 3 lift meet record.  I dont see where you are coming from.

How tall is Beast Tuchsherer ? Anyone know ?

About 6'. I am 5'11" and he is a bit taller then I am. He does not look like a huge guy in person but fuck can the guy lift.
