I fell for this before..............Jim (Disgusted) told me Kamali eats 2 jars of peanut butter every day
and if i wanted to get "Brutally Huge" i would have to do the same!!

One of the best comedies ever made. The scene with ex and daughter is also extremely moving for such a light hearted film.

you have no business giving advice dummy.. " a mix of carbs is necessary when consuming a meal. Simple carbs are used to quickly and complex don’t kick in fast enough. A good mix is the way to go..

I never eat donuts in the off-season but that's the only thing I think about while dieting

those fucking donuts look delicious!!! I make a point to stay away from krispy kream, that shit is like crack, you cant stop once you get into the donuts, I end up eating that shit like 3 times a week. That being said, its a ritual for me that everytime I go on a road trip I'll get a dozen of these early in the morning and eat that shit all day, best part of the road trip.

That was personalized training advice that I specifically gave you based on your body type. King eats Jif, but I told you to get the natural kind since you are carb sensitive. Plus you never used the 30 ius of slin at exactly 15 min and 42 seconds after consuming it.
