WASHINGTON (AP) — President Bush said Saturday he vetoed legislation that would ban the CIA from using harsh interrogation methods such as waterboarding to break suspected terrorists because it would end practices that have prevented attacks.
"The bill Congress sent me would take away one of the most valuable tools in the war on terror," Bush said in his weekly radio address taped for broadcast Saturday. "So today I vetoed it," Bush said.

They may not be subjected to hypothermia or mock executions. It does not allow food, water and medical treatment to be withheld. Dogs may not be used in any aspect of interrogation."

U can't do that...there is plenty u can do. They don't follow any kind of rules regardless of what we do anyway. We can't be seen to be treating Iraqi prisoners badly and I agree with that. It doesn't, thats why I made that statment. They are technically not military, they could careless about convention rules or laws, to the best of my knowledge, there is no military tribunal for these people that is why they are tried in criminal courts.

Bush made a bold move 3 months back by declaring iran's entire army a 'terror group'.  Just labeled the entire army to be terrorists. 

When we capture them, can we torture them too?  I mean, they're been labeled as terrorists, right?  Even though they have a nation of origin (which USED to be the standard for applying Geneva).
