What concerns me more than the tank top and 16 inch arms are the sores all over his body.  What is that from?

In this photo he still looks jacked. However, it's a photo of him standing alone with no reference point.
The photo that everyone was talking about him losing size, he was standing next to a fitness bunny or someone that was pretty small. The reference point.
He could be losing size, trying to size down, or whatever. Maybe his G4P clients wanted him to be more "svelte"..... ::)
