There are a lot more Black people in the world than Arabs, and also a lot more Black people with exposure to bodybuilding and performance enhancing drugs in the US as opposed to most Arabs who live in Arab countries - if the numbers were equal you would see more bigger Arabs than Blacks.

Arab people are really good at their separation like Mustafa,Ahmed...etc.
But,Black people have still smaller joints than Arabs. So look more aethtic.

Arabs are generally smaller than their western counterparts(blacks and whites), so they don't have the best genetics. I'd say black people have the best genetics in the world for sports and bodybuilding, followed by certain people of european backrground and hispanic mixes.

Many could bodybuild if they wanted to, but that takes more effort than say, crashing their Mercedes SL65 while going in a straight line with nothing around them.
