yeah, in that most muscular shot, his arms didn't look good at all. thick chest from all that benching.

He should take up squatting and deadlifting to put some size on those arms. I know he says he never uses those two exercises, which is odd.

he was good at the USA but to say he is "the greatest" would be far from accurate $:-\$
lets face it, he won because the super-heavy class was super shitty and every guy was off

very good conditionning and hardness tho
