well, lol, this was an American vs. Ricer talk.  You look at all the reviews of the c6, all the stats and please justify for me why it makes sense to buy this over a vette?  and if you're adding european to the mix, show me the car that does C6 for the money?

Maybe there is something but if there is, I don't know about it and it's not the norm which still makes the C6 a very decent American buy.

No, 176. The GT-R ( a Nissan) Is limited to 110 for the Japanese market. But for the the American and other market's it is not.

If can't determine the diff between a C6 Vette and a Lexus--please don't comment. But I will tell you. The IS-F was made to go against the BMW m3 and C class AMG and the RS4, all are luxury based cars, and must keep to that formula. The Vette is sports car, and a fine one at that. But even though these cars (the C63 AMG does 0-60 in 3.9, the RS4 in 4.2, the M3 in 4.1, the IS-F in 4.2) have sports car acceleration and handling, they still have a luxury biased to them.

I agree with you that a c6 is a great buy - IMO the greatest "bang for the buck" sports car out there. That said, the c6 is pretty uncomfortable to drive on a daily basis. My buddy has a nice c6 - (deep sheel wheels , the whole nine..), and it is pretty unforgiving on the roads up here in beantown.

I will always be a m3 kind of guy, but I do like this isf.........

I agree, I can't wait for the ZR1 to come out, and the tests revealed. For 100K, I bet this thing will rip the nose off a Enzo.

But this version of the IS-F looks 45 times better than the current kit. The current kit has  faux stacked exhausts, that are not connected to the the exhaust system, and vents behind the the front wheel arch that looks very awkward. Hopefully, this FiveAxis kit will be incorporated on the IS-F coupe.

I understand now, but I would pick up a M3 Sedan, C63 AMG, RS4, or a IS-F, which all have the performance of a Corvette, yet are luxurious and can carry more  people while doing it.
