Looks like they're having fun.

Scout is bigger than I thought he was.

Too bad they weren't in the grass stomping around.  I always cringe when I see them on a hard surface like that because I worry about their legs slipping out & hurting their elbows or hips.

He's only 38#.  Yogi is small for a retriever.  Maddix is only about 20#.  It's too mucky outside to be romping around  :-\

Is Scout the alpha dog in that group Princess?

Ha ha  ;D Scout is by far not the alpha in any group.  Maddix thinks he is  ::) He can be very pushy, but when Scout was just a pup, Maddix "protected" him and played very gently with him.  Actually, he's a pretty nice dog (Chi mix), but Yogi is just precious.  I love him.  I wish his previous owner had approached me to take him instead of Maddix's "parents".

Scout's New Brother!

Yogi !!!

He was owned by a guy who had to get rid of him, so the gym owner took him.  Now he (sadly and regrettably) needs to part with him so he's mine!

Congrats Princess!!!  I am glad Scout will have a buddy that he gets along with so well!   They look like good pair!   They play like Briona and Addie do!

Don't forget to put a pic of him in the Represent you pet thread!

Yeah >:(

Maybe you should contact the parents and let them know if it doesn't work out, you want him.  If they are as flighty as the guy seems to be, you could have Yogi in a couple weeks!

Yeah, I told him that, but I doubt things will change.   ::)  I also told him how upset I am and that I didn't think that was in Yogi's best interest.  He is just too social of a dog (people and other dogs) to go and live a remote life with two old people.  I should've just taken him last night, but I wanted him to give his kids a chance to say goodbye.

I don't know whether to swear or cry  >:( :'(
