Getting frequent headaches.
« on: March 10, 2008, 03:48:09 PM »
Been getting some horrible headaches within the last few weeks. Never had these symptoms before. The pain is usually in the back of the head, and occurs after 7pm, or earlier around 11am.. Makes me feel dizzy, very agitated, and worst of all, when I'm one of my episodes, I have difficulty thinking clearly.

I don't know what's wrong.. I feel perfectly healthy. My gym sessions are some of the best I've had in a while, and my diet is pretty healthy considering what I used to do. I'm not drinking or doing any drugs, so that can't be it. Today, I've felt decent so far and haven't had one.. But my head still feels funny and it's almost as though I can feel it coming.

Thought I'd ask here.. What remedies are good for this kind of stuff? What could be causing it? I've had lower back problems before and I'd say this is a lot worse.  :(

Have you thought about it being extreme stupidity.  Cause it is obvious you suffer from that so maybe now it is kickin' in more.  Maybe you should take some time off Getbig and finally acheive some of your long term goals since maybe you won't be around much longer.  Go get laid (by a girl) I'm sure that is up there on your list.  By the way, couldn't happen to a better guy. :)

Doubt it. I haven't been doing anything within the last month or so.

I think it might be allergies. I've felt better for the last two days, but I still booked an appointment with the doc next wednesday.

i would go see a neurologist and get a brain scan done just to be sure there is no tumor or something. i get headaches too alot. i tried switching pillows and leaving the window open slightly at night. sometimes it's just heat related stress.

Lots of internet Dr. around.   Crazy thought, but I suggest you see a real one.  Headaches could be a warning sign of something else.  Don't wait till you can't lift your head, get it looked at by a professionell.
6 meals lift heavy and 1/2 hr cardio

i have really bad sinuses when it's cold outside.  I just eat hot sauce on my meals 3 times a day, problem solved.

i moved from the city to the country... and the first few cold months were BRUTAL.  I mean, there were days i couldn't go outside.  Antibiotics didn't help, sudafed didn't work.  it was weird pressure and pains in my head.  I starting pouring hot sauce on my food, and all the hardened stuff in my sinus cavities (snott?)  broke up after a few days and my head was clear again :)

but yeah, it's still like that.  cold front does something with air pressure.  when it gets cold, my head hurts and is stuffy.  When it's 86 and sunny as it was today, I'm great.
