I was thinking the same, Feds 'package' alone wouldn't do that..  ;D

Spitster pissed off more Wall Street Powerbroker than there are gential warts in Jenna Jameson anal entry.

Agreed. If you saw any of the Wall Streeters interviewed on the news, especially the CEO of Home Depot, who went on record to say there'd be a cold place in Hell for Spitzer....well, there were not too many crestfallen traders over the whole thing (and they were happified over the 200 billion surplus package, too!@)
