I think Flex Wheeler was overrated and Nasser says so too...
« on: March 12, 2008, 01:39:43 PM »
From the new interview. I never really was a big fan of Nasser but he makes some valid points and many that I agree with.

I beat Kenny, the Zebra (because of his zebra like tattoos by the way) twice in 1995, first of these being the Olympia and then on the European Tour in Madrid, Spain, for the second time. Actually, I had also beaten Wheeler in 1996, but this supposingly does not count because I was using diuretics as it is said.

So then why does Jay Cutler's second place at the 2001 Olympia count? Again, if Cutler's place in 2001 stayed valid, then accordingly my placement at the Olympia in 1996 is valid as well.

Speaking so and knowing that Wheeler is also a brown-noser like many others in the pro ranks, I am not surprised that he, as an NPC champion, got so many gifts in shows despite the fact that Levrone got even more gifts than the lord of illusion (Wheeler) did. When I say Wheeler is a brown-noser, I am talking about his endless phone calls to certain people.

If I was such a brown-noser, like Wheeler, I definitely would have won more shows than him, Levrone and Cutler did. But at least nobody can say about me that they did me this or that favor. I kept my head up and did not have to crawl like these cheap pathetic suckers who are still crawling and bowing.

These mentioned guys should not only be hardcore in the gym but also when it comes to their own self-pride, integrity and dignity.

Other than when I beat Wheeler twice, the rest of the time he got his @ss saved by the biased judges. Wheeler was about, at least, 50 pounds lighter in body weight in most shows, at approximately the same height I was. He looked like a little boy next to me. The lord of illusion with his fake calves could have been breakfast for me.

In addition, Wheeler told me several times to feel how hard his abs were when I came from time to time to the Venice, CA, Gold's Gym. I did so (we were dieting and close to a show), but I was never allowed to touch his fake calves. He jumped away each time I tried.

Also he was never seen working his calves - and this is a better-placed athlete than I was? It must have been his super calf genetics and also his brown-nosing emergency phone calls for help like Kim Kovacs calling Jumbo Palumbo as mentioned in interview IV

I think you mean 2003 Mr. O.

But pretty much 2002 and 2003 seasons were all gift placings IMO.

Wheeler had a lot more gifts though.

I am doing this shit for long time and you have just started after 2000. Think about it.
Maybe my structure is superior than you. But your muscle mass genetic is not bad at all judging from pic.

I started lifting serious around late 2003 and just happened to catch the 2003 Olympia replay on PPV twice (it was free, illegal cable box) and that's when I got into pro bodybuilding (well I also bought Pumping Iron around the same time).

What is amusing is that he is now promoting a supplement brand called "natural" freak. Yeah, whatever. He shouldn't preach what he didn't practice.

Nasser got one huge gift...the 1999 Arnold Classic, that belonged to Levrone. Also Flex did okay in 1995, hell the year before he broke his neck. So I guess Winning the Ironman and coming second at the Arnold and then 8th at the Olympia, are gifts. ::) Nasser, STFU, you are ruining your own pitiful legacy. Go drive your rebadged CL55 (probably got the badge off of Ebay)

interview opens with him talking about how mommy came to help him after he got sick from injecting his shoulder...then goes on to talk shit about all the pros who were better than him and how they were lazy in the gym and site injecting bla bla

then says he has never read bb forums, and then goes on to directly quote from posts here!

bitter old lying sack of shit

Nasser came up with his own saying...

"Nasser is so bad he, couldn't touch Flex's calves"

Those "interviews" were getting old by the third installment. Same bitchin' all the time. The guy could be tellin' the truth that it wouldn't even matter 'cause of the way he "unfolds" it. Even my grandma was more of a man than him when she was bitching about her arthritis at age 82.
P.S: Flex was not overrated in 93. He had a great physique, no matter what his "flaws" were. Nasser never achieved a third of that aesthetic quality. Then Flex went downhill IMHO.

The only pro that has a right to complain about poor placings is AARON BAKER!!!!!  I doubt he is miserable enough to complain about it now! Whats done is done.

Nasser had big wins: NOC, ASC, and Mr O Runner Up.  He was always at least top 3 in any show he competed in from 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999. I dont feel bad for him. He made his money.

Nasser please dont become the next Mike Mentzer and allow bodybuilding contests from yester-year (ancient history) to knaw away at you. Bitterness and jealousy will destroy you.

nasser is a pile of shit that still wants some attention, he is bitter over bbing and what he could never achieve from it... end of story his interviews give a real insight into his persona, he gets his mother to help him cause he has noone else in his life....
