If you have been lifting consistantly for 1-2 years then you are past novice-and even if you have NOT entered a show you really should be entering an open class.

Novice classes are for people training a year, maybe two tops, (or less) in my book.

Whoever started the fuckin rumor about me an Will Harris, did a good job cause why and how people think i was with him is disgusting .  I swear someone set up a lie detector test at the upcoming Mr O and I'll take one to prove i have done nothing with the guy.  I also don't approve of his gay routine at the Mr O, that was just not right.

I had to do the novice show, to qualify for the provincials, then after provincials i can do Nationals.  You think i wanted to compete at the novice show? Always two sides to every story bro don't be so quick to judge.

Get your fuckin fact straight u retard.  The pics you are posting are of my 4th show.  My 1st show was in 2005 in Toronto MM Canada, and 2nd show MM Worlds in Hollywood, 3rd show again in Toronto MM Canada.   This 4th show was the 1st time i had even competed in Saskatchewan.  Not to many bbers do there 1st show at a Canadian championships, and then there 2nd show at on  World Championship stage in Hollywood.  After i was done my MM stint, i had to start at the novice level like all bbers have to in Saskatchewan.   So get your fuckin facts straight before you post shit fag.  And the pics you are posting was not at a drug tested show.  Mike once again you post false shit, im not going to let it slide, when we meet it will be a good day for me, and shitty day for you

 i applaud mikey for getting up on stage, but he will never look impressive up there unless he takes enormous amounts of steroids. Instead of the light cycles he already does take.

Oh and the only reason i got 2nd place to the guy in the purple trunks, is because his trainer was on the judging panel, and i lost by 1 point to some skinny dude, who looks more like a fitness competitor then bber.  The overall head judge said i should have won the overall, and wrote me an email explaining so, and also the head judge had a talk with the one judge that made me lose by 1 point.  Happens all the time, oh well its just a qualifier show, i did a 9 week diet for it, no big deal.  Plus the pics taken after this show, were put on the nxlabs fatburner, so hey I'm doin ok.
