My leg workout with a MMA champ and 2 others

I ended up having a fun time busting my ass tonight working legs with an MMA champ and 2 newbies.
The MMA champ is a local fighting legend here in Ga and asked me if I was willing to let him work in with me on legs. I was cool with that. 2 other newbies joined us as well. One younger hispanic guy , new to lifting and a young black guy, who never worked legs before.
We ended up pushing eachother hard and it was a pretty intense and positive atmosphere.
My best lifts were : Leg Ext, worked up to a set of 8 reps with 250.
Leg press: last set was 10 pl + 25lb on each side for 6 deep reps.
I finished up the night on squats, did 5 with fll ones with 405 and pump set of 15 reps with 315.
The young black dude has an ideal frame for bodybuilding and did not go too heavy but busted his butt and used good form. The MMA guy, worked hard as did the other newbie.
Sounds corney, but it was effective and fun to be working legs with a small group of serious minded lifters of various levels.

What kind of protein drinks did you guys have after you trained?

That is too many guys for me to workout with.

I bet there was a lot of standing around and meandering conversation.
