the middle east problem every bodybuilder suffer from ,,,weak arms weak calves,,very good torso,,
middle eastern bodybuilders in the 2000s are doomed to be competevly average,,seo ofcourse should be used with any one of them on arms ,,i dont know why middle east arms are so bad inrealshion to torso ,,it most likley as a result of short forarms that maches many american girls foraems in length,,but i still havnt looked into it deeply enough ,,i will

they look very good but arms and calves will never be good with out right use of seo and even then it will lack
