Ronnie Coleman - Eggology
« on: March 15, 2008, 08:30:33 AM »
Anyone that has seen Ronnie Coleman's video's knows that he uses eggology's liquid egg whites for the majority of his protein. It supposely is the highest quality and bes absorbed protien source there is......

I read on another board (Anobolic Extreme) that the site admin said he know has all his clients use liquid egg whites for most of their protein, and the results are incredible compared to protien powerder, chicken, and fish.

I was wondering if anyone else use eggology or another brand of liquid eggwhites and if it realy is the best source of protien?

Here's the the eggology's website....it looks like they sponsor Ronnie Coleman and other athletes...

http://www.eggology.com/Public/Products/index.cfm

Is eggology different than say "Egg Beaters" brand liquid egg whites?

HGH+Insulin is the key...

What does that have to do with protein sources? ::)

I'm just curious why you think hgh+insulin has to do with liquid egg whites.....which is what the thread is about?

This thread should be moved to the Nutrition board, it has nothing to do with steroids.

Not directly ;D.....However AAS are useless if you don't get enough protein or high enough quality of protein.....so indirectly it could not be more relevant ;D

And for the record...I do have common sense. I was gonna post it in the other section, However, I know the better quality posters browse the threads in the AAS section more frequently!  8)

This is common knowledge buddy....Just has nothing to do with the thread

Nobody asked what "carries" protein or other nutrients to muscle....

However, I did ask if Liquid egg whites realy is as good as some say for the best protein source....and he just changes the subject with a 2 word post...."hgh + insuling"

Bro that's some funny shit ;D.......I live with my Aunt and Grandmother, and they are strict christians that believe in the original adam and eve diet....raw fruits and vegetables and healthy nuts and stuff.....several times a day they juice raw vegetables...in the morning a mixed vegetable juice and through out the day carrot juice..

It works to my advantage cause I know the bodybuilding philosphy of dieting as well as many others.....so when ever this popular topic comes up about diets...I know what everyone is talking about and not as close minded ;D

Im about to start my first cycle....and as you can imagine my aunt and granmother wouldn't take me using AAS very well ;D

I juice fruits and veggies all the time. I dont use a juicer though I use a mixer called the vitamix 5000. Its the same blender you see at jamba juice. With this blender you can make soups and all kinds of stuff. Drop an apple in core and all. No need to remove anything, its a really good way to get those extra calories with whole foods throughout the day. Helps keep the diet interesting.

Jack LaLanne to me is very inspirational. The man is a machine. He's old and the jumpsuit needs to go, but for a guy that just turned 94 yo, he is in amazing shape. He still trains 7 days a week, and his views on nutrition are very interesting as well.

Look... Insulin is the master hormone for aminos to be processed... GH accelerates the regeneration of tissues up to 500%... inform yourself properly!

in the human body, insulin and gh are invertly correlated...so when insulin is suppressed, gh is elevated...

anybody have anythoughts on this?

if i have filled up glycogen stores...but i havent eaten protein for a couple of hours...and i want to get in some protein for more muscle growth...   but dont want to get fat(my body doesnt burn carbs, it just stores them..either as glycogen or as bodyfat)..   cant i utlize the effects of gh to process those amino's?

So if that's true then a protein powder like nitro-tech has an edge over other protein powders? I mean it claims to have some insulin mimicking compounds like ALA n others. Or are all protein powders absorbed the same?
