I do your research if i were you. Those pics are shots from the 2007 Arnold, ie, over a year ago. So what did the future bring after those, uh, *disastrous* pics? Well, the Ironman 1st place, ASC runner up. Oh, and 08 MR.O 3rd/4th place.

Yes, they are 07 shots. i was looking at them last summer. The backdrop at the 08 show was different too.

  He looks pretty good now, but he'll need to make sure he doesn't overdo the GH or the insulin, or he'd be a likely candidate for Palumboism.

parker is correct about heaths gut - his obliques and arms are growing at an alarming rate while his chest and back stay just as narrow

You posted two pics where his obliques are covered by his hands.  An ab thigh shot might have made your case a little better.

Exactly, I looked at the pics...from the 07 Arnold, and was making a tongue in cheek remark,.

GH15 is right, besides Phil's guns, excellent back detail and great wheels, he's lost his magic from his rookie year.  He no longer has a wasp waist, he's another Vic Martinez in the making.

Here are pics from the 2008 Ironman, where he looked his best ...Granted Flex W's lats disappeared when he did a ab thigh shot, but his waist was still tiny.

heath's waist is fine. won't be a major factor. he doesnt have alot of muscle to add to reach the top, just has to keep the condition.

he needs to add at least 12-15 lbs to win the mr.o -I'm not saying this year but he definitely needs to pack on size,
however i dont think it would be a factor on his waist!

I think that he'll land in 3rd or 4th spot at this year's O (depending if Martinez is competing or not), and take the year off, add a bit more size and really step up a gear in 09 Olympia(although he need to be careful on how much mass he can add without ruining his shape).
