Hope everyone is well,

I was wondering what sites you have seen that have a good system for doing On-Line diet programs. The reason I am asking is I just got back from Australia and I did quite a few diet's for my family while I was back home, I enjoyed doing them after having been aways for so many years doing diets etc. I get call from time to time from people looking for On-Line diets and was looking for the best way to do this On-Line.

Any tips or sites regarding doing On-line diet programs from the fine men and ladies of Getbig would be much appreciated. Thanks

I had an online-diet website for a short time (www.caliberdietplans.com)

It basically let the users chose what diet plan they wish to utilize...South Beach, Orish, Atkins, etc.  They would plug in their height, weight, and target weight.  Afterwards they would pay for the program which I charged $30.00 a month or $80.00 a month which included a supplement package and it would send them out a designated Ebook in PDF format with training plans and meal reciples.  I would then review their goal weight that they entered in and send them the caloric intake to start out with and monitor them weekly on their progress and make adjustments accordingly to what they reported.

The website overall worked ok a first but I had to end the program because it was too tedious on the diet and when Atkins passed away, I lost the publishing rights to the Atkins books and recipes when the company changed hands.  I do plan to start another one in the future but I intend to get proper licensing for the programs.

Hope that helps

That's correct.  I simply assisted people with the most popular diets around at the time.  It was orginally turn-key ebook website that I bought on Ebay for $4.99 and I modified it for adding the height and weight so I give it personalization and to up sale nutritional products as well.

A little tip, copying fad diets doesn't make a great trainer or advisor, IMO it shows lack of knowledge by copying someone else's programs. These people already pay a high price for these programs. I personally taylor each program to fit my clients needs along with nutrition that not only helps them drop fat but specific foods that will help help with certain problems they might have.

Fad diets are primarily calorie controlled diets with the appeal that they can eat anything they want (to a certain extent) as long as it's within a certain calorie range, while these people might drop weight, it does little to nothing to boost immune systems nor does it really help the type II diabetic or the person with metabolic syndrome, etc, etc. Most of these people who are told they have to lose weight by their Doctor think they can just go to one of these places, lose weight and thats it. Thats misleading!

I know now.  I don't bring it up because it was a commerical flop for me and overall cost me customers because they would then go to a Wal-Mart and get the book and discontinue the monthly fee.  This was years ago when I was still trying to get on the map.

Here's a website that was the same as mine.  Mine was modified but its from the same program http://www.easyatkins.com/

Why do you continously fail completely to diet down for your BB contests, when it is the easiest thing in the world to accomplish? You certainly don't practice what you preach. You were over 12% BF in your last contest.
