In European countries governments are chosen by the people, and it's work is to fill their needs, so we have plenty of very high quality services which we pay by our taxes. Like schools, medicare, etc. just like M.Moore show to you in a film "Sicko". Your government is there to keep up your military budget by all means necessary, for keeping you guys living in fear and giving back just about nothing else but widening gap between rich and poor americans, and plenty of opportunities and excuses to die for your country = die for the rich and famous. What your country has ever give to you, which you cannot get in any other country without paying for it. What comes to that M.Moore movie, it make me laugh plenty of times. Do you know why? Just because I know, that you guys are very certain that it is based on lies. Funny part is that it is not. All that swimming and could weather can do that for you sometimes. I get full salary, free appointments with a doctor, free medicine just because I live in finland, where you have law which order employers to keep good care of their workers.
