Ryans had literally gotten off the airplane from his vacation about 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. It was interesting to hear his opinion on steroids in sports as well as the NFL supplement policies, etc.

We don't want to focus off of our core audience but every once in a while I think it's good to get guys from completely different areas on the show.

We also have another current NFL player coming on who squatted 700 lbs in high school and was a first round pick just a couple of years ago.

Not bad numbers but these would be subpar to any of JoeLoco's highschool kids he trains..
