how do sources get away with hosting their sites on servers located in the US?

I have been looking up some possible sources ip addresses to see where they are based to help avoid being scammed, and one of the most popular in the world has his server hosted in new york of all places.  How does he get away with this w/o being nailed?

His server host may be in NY but HE may not be.

There are many sources who openly advertise on websites.

I can have my IP say Im in china if I want or anywere overseas it very simple and thats what these people do it maybe in NY but the real host can be overseas.

oh I know hes not in NY, i assumed though that LE could have it shut down since its advertising products that are illegal in the US.

It's not illegal to posses these items with a prescription, that's why these sites will typically have a disclaimer.

Tren no, but I thought some HRT clinics prescribed things like dbol...I could be wrong.

Nah d-bol has been off the US prescription list for some time now.  The AIDS lobysts have been trying to get it back on the docket for the past couple of years if I remember correctly but have not had any luck.  Var and drol winstrol etc can be scripted but d-bol can't.

It is illegal to posses UG gear in the US that isn't FDA approved. Never by from a site that has a US based IP addy, and a lot of sites do have US based servers.

anadrol gets approved but dbol doesnt?  ???

I don't know much about Ip addresses.....How do you know where the Ip address is from?

www.whois.sc, it can trace to see where the ip is located, as well as all the other servers that are hosted on that ip.  ive noticed many people own numerous sites for gear, just with different names.

this guy im talking about located in NY is huge, i imagine most of this board has done business with him at some time or another.  its why i was surprised to notice he was located in NY.

HRT clinics typically have compounding pharmacies that make these products themselves as generics.

As long as it's FDA approved they can make it in whatever dosage they want.
