There is an easy solution for fat people.
Don't give them all of that stuff about diet, weights, cardio, LBM, protein grams, etc. It will only boggle their mond and frustrate them when they take 8 pills at once, try to bench 135 on Day 1, and burn out on cardio in about 2 days.
Solution... tell them to walk. 1 hour. Every day. That's it. Do it anytime you want, just do one hour. Spoil yourself with an ipod to pass the time. Talk on the cell with your fat friends. Don't change your diet a bit, hell, bring a mountain dew with you on the walk if you must. But walk.
They'll see slow success without burning out, and they'll then be open to new things like diet and weights. If they say they don't have one hour to walk, remind them that they'll likely have a heart attack in their late 30s, and it's cruel to leave behind loved ones like that, and walk away from them.
