Ok so I will be on very low carb soon, so whats worth to take to help keep muscle (and how much)?
From food (+2 protein shake/day) I eat about 240g protein, I am 6'2" and 244 pounds.
On traning days I drink 30g bcaa and 15g eaa's during my workout, and before it 4g L-Arginine.
For fats I eat 2tbs peanut butter.
Plan to buy:
fish-oil, (how much daily?)
Acetyl-L- Carnitine, (1.8g morning, during traning, before bed?)
what else should i buy?

HOW ABOUT THIS...BUMP YOUR PROTIEN UP TO 300 G DIALY. AT LEAST 300 GRAMS. spread that out into 6 meals. at each meal consume some fiber(veggies) in order to keep the protien moving and to better digest the protien. the fiber will also keep blood sugar more stable, speed the metabolism, and make you burn fat more efficiently.
take as much fish oil as you can afford to take. otpimally, 15-20 grams per day. but if you can afford more, then do more.
if you can, substitute "udo's" oil for the peanut butter, and keep your protein sources LEAN.
cut out the protien shak, only take one, and have it be immidietly postworkout with some udos oil(or peanut butter if you cant get the udo's)
l-carnitine is good, but just take it one time...in the morning on an empty stomach.
move 15grams of the bcaa's and 10 grams of the eaa's to pre workout, and continue with the other 15 grams bcaa's and 5 grams eaa during workout.
if you want to get other supplements, good choices are an extra strength green tea, a lean casien protein for before bed, a non-caloric pre workout N.O. product... thats about it.
