With lipo, its difficult to avoid the 'rippling' effect.

This is where you seqwuester more fat in ar eas adjacent to those where fat was r emoved, and you get high and low areas which can look odd in many cases.

I had the surgery while I was awake, not as bad as it looks, you are numb the whole time, lipo is the only thing that hurts around the gyno area.
