i posted this about a month ago, the guy's name is Mike Seigler and IMO is the best bencher i've ever seen, absolutely unreal.

also that's the easiest 600 pound bench i've ever seen, if anyone in the history of the world has pressed 600 easier and smoother than that i'd like to see it, even Hoornstra has to lift his hips a little.

like i said if this is legit and i believe it is because this guy has legit lifts listed in Powerlifting USA then he is easily the best bencher in the history of the world.

715 by Scott Mendelson but Scott is over 300 pounds and even he doesn't press with the total ease and flat back, no arch that this guy does.

the guy spotting him is 6'4" and 340 pounds and it's obvious that he could handle pressing the weight by himself but just needed a liftoff.

but the guy spotting him isnt even close if he doesnt need a spotter how much you reckon he would put on the bar before he feel he needs one?

seems risky to me

like i said it's very obvious that this is a weight that he is very comfortable with and didn't feel the need to have anyone touching the bar on the way up, he juts needed to get a liftoff and the guy was there for that.

Wrong, just because you could not fathom lifting that heavy doesn't mean others don't have that type of strength. Although, I do believe he is chemically enhanced.

His legs were lookin thick. He also looks short, i've noticed guys with shorter arms are usually big benchers.
