I KNOW HER!!!! She used to live lin Barcelona and already very big bber and she was working for a fitness shop and i used to go there frequently and she was very kind. But She was not that much big like now.

from what i've seen, very similar.  they play with the PCT of course.  But yeah, the advice female gurus give is 'up the dose' just like the men do.
