Who here has "colon cleansed"?
Someone gave me a free bottle of "Dr Colon Clean"

I do a detox formula before every show helps to flatten stomach and also clear intestines HD makes a good colon cleanse

Honestly I just prefer to do a total body cleanse. It's much more efficient.

Slintwoin, Thanks for the info. Did you notice any issues after?

I was told that using an enema the night before a show really flattens your stomach. My problem is not my stomach...... its my ass!!LOL

im going to need proof of this

i would stay away from them as i know they fuck up your flora and i did one a couple years ago before i knew this and had IBS symptoms for a year after. Totally messed up my digestion, started getting acid indigestion, constipation.

they weaken the colon, upset natural flora and make no sense from a scientific standpoint.

total body cleanse would be kidney, liver, lymph etc.. using herbals, hydrotherapy etc..

THis is exactly what nu-tek makes I have never used a colon cleanse product but have gotten an enema before each show well thats nice the problem isn't your stomach if its your glutes are you holding water their or fat

What is a total body cleanse?

Well the traditional total body cleanse consists of a five day juice fast and an ab trim kit. It's pretty cut and dry. No eating, just drinking juice for five days. I had the toughest time the first time I tried it but I always feel amazing when I come off of it.

What specifically are you and others using?

I use a basic "colon blow" type product, all psyllium based

I wouldn't take a protein powder like whey persay. Instantized BCAAs will work much better. You won't lose 2o lbs either, you will lose some weight but nothing that extreme. Let me find the link to the ab trim kit....

I heard they just set up into a gel inside you so it looks like a big "clense" has taken place, when in fact all you've really got is shit jello.

Hadn't heard that about intestinal flora before USP.
