techno.. dj tiesto works well.

i'm thinking new rock that doesn't suck.  hard to find.

new rap sucks.  i play a lot of 50 cent, wyclef, and of course jay-z.   some pac when i can stomach it.

rock music is so blah lately.

the white stripes kick ass. but they arent very good for working out. only a few of their songs...... white orchid(or is it blue? lol), seven nation army, icky thump..

For rock, you can't go wrong with Godsmack, Stonesour, Metallica (old school), Pantera, Korn, Black Label Society, Rob Zombie.
