It can be. His arms do look thin but measurement is another story. Some people have thin look arms and measure a lot, another people have thick look arms and small measurement. I witnessed it frequently.

Freeman is what, 6'2"? more likely 21 there. Dex and Vic M are both a legit 22, with Ronnie being one of the only legit 23" guys.

I would have to say he's probably telling the truth - he's over 6 foot tall and that picture doesn't do him justice but I don't think he's lying. Most pro bodybuilders have arms over 21 inches at least.

I'd say Toney's speaking the truth, maybe exaggerating a liiiiiiiiiiittle bit. Hell, I'm about 5'9" and weigh 210 and mine are 19". And I'm natural. A big guy like Toney could easily have 22" arms.

No way. The most I've been up to is 220 even. Those pics I posted that you are probably referring to were taken when I weighed about 218 or so.
